The Adderley Grand Opening

This week, we celebrated the grand opening of The Adderley! A huge thank you to Blue Sky Communities for the opportunity to contribute to a project that brings positive impact to our community. This new complex provides 128 workforce housing units, meeting a vital need for accessible, quality housing in Tampa.

As noted by Jacquelyn Leeks from Sulphur Springs Neighborhood of Promise (SSNOP) at the ceremony, “Affordable housing is not inferior housing.” At BDG Architects, we take pride in designing spaces that prioritize efficiency, comfort, and safety, creating homes that are both affordable and empowering for individuals and families alike.
