BDG Architects is serving as Architect of Record for Catchlight Crossings, a 20-acre affordable and workforce housing development near Orlando’s International Drive. Developed by Wendover Housing Partners and donated by Universal Parks and Resorts, the project will deliver around 1,000 units for individuals and families earning 30%–80% of AMI. Now entering vertical construction, leasing is expected to begin in 2026.
