  • Project information: Corporate interiors designed for this firm’s Tampa office allow for an open-office format and collaborative space throughout the 50,000+ square feet. A hospitality-driven design created an energetic environment for the firm focusing on interactive collaborative spaces, open office work concept, private breakout meeting spaces, extensive café and employee food service area along with interactive activity spaces to stimulate creative ideas for the staff.

HELIOS EDUCATION FOUNDATION

  • Project Information: The Helios Tampa office relocation to the Bank of America Plaza’s 20th floor is designed with unique spatial and technical features to create a flexible environment for the client and its team. Because the foundation operates in two states, technology is a vital tool to foster a collaborative work environment. The design promotes employee teamwork by providing partnership spaces both within the common areas as well as huddle rooms.

TRIBRIDGE

  • Project Information: This technology services firm expanded its Tampa headquarters by relocating within their existing building in the Westshore business district. Refined industrial elements contrast with inviting wood surfaces throughout the 44,560 square feet. Glass-front offices along the perimeter allow for transparency and optimized views. The energetic break room features a variety of seating options along with a foosball table, chalkboard wall and an abstract mural depicting iconic Tampa landmarks.
