BDG Architects is proud to be working with Integral Group on the residential component of the East Tampa Innovation Center (ETIC). This 117-unit affordable housing development will serve as an anchor for the Innovation District, supporting a broader vision for business incubation, creative manufacturing, and education partnerships with University of South Florida and Hillsborough Community College.
Led by the Tampa Bay Economic Development Council (EDC) acting as Opportunity Tampa Bay, Inc. (OTBI), this project is designed to create a dynamic live/work hub that fosters entrepreneurship and community growth. The BDG/CPL team will be designing the commercial portion of the ETIC, ensuring a cohesive and impactful development for East Tampa.
