Epicurean Hotel was awarded #1 Hotel in Tampa by U.S. News and World Report.
As part of the Design/Build team, BDG Architects provided the master planning, design, rezoning, ARC approval, interior design implementation and acted as the Architect of Record for this 138-room Marriot Autograph branded boutique hotel.
Epicurean Hotel features a wine shop, a culinary classroom, flexible meeting spaces, spa, bakery, restaurant space and a rooftop bar with views of the surrounding historic South Tampa neighborhood.
