BDG Architects’ Marinova at Coquina Key was recently featured in the Tampa Bay Business Journal as the major mixed-use development moves closer to groundbreaking in South St. Petersburg.
Planned across approximately 15 acres, Marinova will include 456 residences and approximately 21,000 square feet of retail, creating a new mixed-use community within the Coquina Key area. The development is designed to bring together residential living and commercial activity within a cohesive environment while contributing to the continued growth of South St. Petersburg.
