Building out the Charlotte office in 2020 presented several challenges, but BDG is well equipped to handle remote communications, working long distance, job site questions via video and move management. This office located on the 18th floor of the Nascar Plaza Building was designed to create an open, creative and collaborative space for the Charlotte team to work and enjoy. Work spaces give privacy while open areas have planned interaction points for sharing thoughts and ideas. The views of the Downtown Charlotte skyline are the highlight of the office and the window views are visible throughout the office. This office was designed with the creative in mind and lends itself for sharing ideas and easy communication between the team members.
