Catteridge Medical II was a design for a three-story medical office building to house multiple tenants in the medical field. Current tenants include Bellagio Medical Spa and Kennedy White Orthopedics. The 5,500 SF medical spa includes a yoga room, massage room, hair/nail salon, laser treatment room and hydration room. Kennedy White Orthopedics consists of a 25,000 SF tenant build out of the second and third floors of the building. 10,000 SF will be utilized for administrative and support staff. Approximately 14,000 SF will be used for clinical spaces, including exam rooms, x-ray and physical rehabilitation areas.
