The JPMorgan Chase Villages at Sawgrass branch is a departure from the typical prototype, driven by the need to align with the surrounding Sawgrass architecture and overall site expectations. This is a two story building with a full service branch on the first floor and a second floor planned for future flexibility. Located along A1A with direct pond frontage and adjacent to TPC Sawgrass, the site pushed the design to be more intentional about presence, visibility, and how the building sits within the community. The massing and façade were adjusted to better match the scale and character of the area while still maintaining the Chase brand. The two story glazed stair tower at the corner facing the pond becomes a key feature, creating transparency and tying the building back to the site. The primary tower entry anchors the front of the building and helps reinforce a clear point of arrival. Material selections, glazing, and façade articulation were all refined beyond the standard prototype to meet local criteria without losing operational consistency. Inside, the layout supports the current Chase model with open customer areas, private meeting spaces, and integrated technology. Overall, this project is a balance between brand standards and local responsiveness, resulting in a branch that fits the Sawgrass environment while still performing as a Chase facility.
