BDG Architects provided architectural design and coordination services for a new modular freestanding retail branch for Fifth Third Bank in Delray Beach, Florida. The 1,900 SF building is based on the bank’s NextGen prototype, which emphasizes flexibility, technology integration, and an enhanced customer experience. The branch interior includes a 2-station Transaction Bar, one private booth, one enclosed meeting room, a communal table with integrated technology, and relaxed seating. A two-lane drive-thru supports convenient vehicular access for customers. BDG oversaw civil coordination, permitting, and project execution. The exterior features a custom mural that wraps the building, adding a bold visual element that reflects the spirit of the local community.
