This new steakhouse is located in Legacy Tower, a mid-rise office building in the rapidly expanding Dallas suburb of Plano, Texas. At over 10,000 square feet, it is the largest Fleming’s in the country constructed to date. The brand stand-alone prototypical drawings were adapted to the linear footprint of the tenant space with unique features, including an exterior stainless-steel column covered entry, glass enclosed wine cellar, floating liquor cabinets, laser-cut wood ceiling over the bar and custom art installations.

The elegant yet modern space features an open, airy floor plan. Through the main doors are a large bar with lounge seating on one side and cozy booths on the other. Further in, near the open kitchen is the main dining room, followed by a customizable space that can convert into two or three private dining rooms or open up to hold larger groups in a single area. Design elements include floors made of repurposed oak wine barrels, pendant lighting and gold-encrusted tree sculptures.
