Forchelli, Deegan, Terrana, LLP (FDT) sought a design that would reflect their culture and core values while supporting a future-focused vision, resulting in an open, transitional office environment tailored to both current and evolving needs. After extensive programming and test fits, FDT expanded their footprint by over 15% at their existing location, undertaking a full gut renovation of the new space, a refreshed reception and elevator lobby, and a new conference center. The phased project minimized disruption to ongoing operations, while updates to the existing space included new finishes, lighting, and furniture. Key design elements—such as a flexible glass-front conference center, glass sidelights for natural light, a lively café, and modern collaboration zones—were integrated to enhance workplace culture and multi-office connectivity. The final result is a clean, bright, and modern workspace that embodies FDT’s identity and strategic goals.
