Fresh Kitchen is debuting a new flagship restaurant in South Tampa, designed as a bright, open, and welcoming space that supports both guest experience and future brand growth. The project reestablishes Fresh Kitchen’s presence in the neighborhood while introducing a next-generation location that will function as a flagship and test kitchen for the expanding fast-casual concept. The project involves the adaptive reuse and renovation of the former Ducky’s Sport Lounge. Of the existing 4,500 SF building, approximately 3,000 SF will be dedicated to the public-facing Fresh Kitchen restaurant, with the remaining space allocated for internal operational support, including potential central kitchen functions. This flagship location marks a major milestone for Fresh Kitchen—serving as both a return to its South Tampa roots following the loss of its original flagship and a launchpad for continued growth. The project reflects a commitment to thoughtful design, community connection, and scalable innovation in fast-casual restaurant development. The project is in the design phase.
