For Hanover Bank’s first Suffolk County location, the design team created a vibrant, state-of-the-art facility that blends banking functions with flexible office space to support both local staff and visiting employees. The branch, defined by glass walls, integrates seamlessly into the larger environment and features colorful acoustical ceiling beams with targeted lighting, a mix of private offices, sit/stand desks, bench stations, and collaborative zones. Perimeter offices include full-height glass with rhythmic graphic patterns that echo the ceiling’s vibrant colors, contributing to a playful yet professional atmosphere. Upholstery, artwork, and design details further reinforce the bank’s evolving brand identity. Electronically controlled window walls adjust to sunlight throughout the day, eliminating the need for shades and preserving views. The result is a dynamic, tech-forward workspace that reflects Hanover Bank’s progressive approach to banking and workplace design.
