The project involved the 7,500 SF renovation and relocation of an Ambulatory Care Facility to accommodate a new medical group. The design followed the client’s established corporate standards, which the firm has consistently applied in previous projects. Notably, this facility was one of the first in the client’s portfolio to implement Power over Ethernet (PoE) lighting and controls, supporting energy efficiency and advanced system integration. Given the critical deadline for the medical group to vacate their existing location, the project team prioritized schedule coordination and worked closely with the building department consultant to fast-track permitting through an initial filing set. The collaborative effort ensured timely delivery while maintaining the high-quality standards expected by the client.
