The franchisee contacted the design team during site selection with a goal of converting an existing restaurant into a Mellow Mushroom. The design team worked with the franchisee and corporate brand standards that created a unique and original dining environment that Mellow Mushroom is famous for. The renovation process was a collaborative design and construction effort managed by BDG Architects that included architecture, engineering, local artists, the Mellow Mushroom corporate art department, and brand standards.
