To support a client’s shift toward online engagement and a reduced need for physical samples, a former showroom was revitalized into a versatile, multi-vendor destination for home renovation needs. The design introduced central corridors from two entrances, guiding visitors through kiosk-style displays that showcase complementary products like hardware, plumbing, and wall coverings. Visual cues, rather than permanent walls, were used to define distinct areas, allowing for flexibility and adaptability across three connected levels. The layout promotes seamless flow and accessibility, while renderings were developed to support construction estimates and rent projections during project evaluation.
