Since 2017, new design standards have been implemented across various Santander retail locations in the tri-state area. At this site, a casual seating “nook” was created with lounge chairs and high-top tables to encourage client and customer interaction. Black and white mural selections reinforce a connection to the community and provide visual contrast to the vibrant teller area, while complementing the warm tones of the surrounding finishes.
