Seagate is a 15 story condo in Longboat Key built originally in the 70’s. By 2020 it was time for a major exterior face lift. The architect and structural engineer developed a program to replace all the exterior windows, with much more modern elements, re-faced the entire exterior dramatically improving the look and also improving the water integrity of the skin. The sequence of operations to re-skin and re-window the façade was developed so that full occupancy could be maintained during the 1 year construction period.
