Catholic Health undertook a comprehensive transformation of the main lobby and reception area at St. Francis Hospital to create a warm, welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors. The renovation included a new reception and security station, admitting suite, public café, gift shop, pharmacy, and doctor’s lounge—each thoughtfully designed to enhance the overall atmosphere. A key feature was the integration of a ceiling and lighting system with sound-absorbing elements to reduce noise, along with a lighter color palette reflecting Catholic Health’s branding. To ensure uninterrupted hospital operations, the project was executed in carefully planned phases with temporary hallways and entrances, allowing for a seamless transition during construction.
