BDG collaborated with the Owner to evaluate and secure the optimal office location, developing preliminary space plans across multiple sites to align with program requirements. Following the selection of Bank of America Plaza, BDG provided full Architectural, Interior Design, and Engineering services while maintaining budget objectives. Through a collaborative design process, the team advanced the schematic design and developed vision boards to establish a cohesive aesthetic aligned with the Owner’s brand. In coordination with furniture vendor WorkScapes, BDG curated and integrated furnishings to deliver a contemporary, functional 5,600 SF workplace designed to support productivity, flexibility, and employee engagement.
