The Mauryas, a fusion restaurant offering American and Indian cuisines, underwent a full transformation of a three-level space within Princeton Forrestal Village to bring its vision to life. The renovation included a state-of-the-art kitchen, upgraded restrooms, refreshed main and secondary dining rooms, and the addition of an upper-level business lounge designed for meetings and private events. Each area was thoughtfully curated to offer distinct ambiance—ranging from refined, spacious elegance for business clientele to a comfortable, home-like setting for casual dining. Durable finishes and strategic design choices were made to support high-traffic hospitality use, resulting in a sophisticated, functional environment that reflects the energy of its academic and corporate surroundings while delivering a memorable dining experience.
