The Phoenix, rising on the Bayfront near Downtown Sarasota, features two residences on a floor of 4,000 sq. ft., 10′ ceilings, private garages, and floor to ceiling glass in key areas, along with expansive balconies. The Phoenix was one of the first luxury condos developed on Golden Gate Point. It is an 8 story mid-rise in the bay front. It was one of the first to incorporate 2 car garages and features like huge master closets, typically found in large home, but in the late 90’s not seen in the smaller condo apartments of the day. It was the first project in Sarasota to incorporate hurricane rated curtain wall windows, prevalent today.
