Located in the master-planned Tradition community in Port St. Lucie, this modern retail and dining destination was designed to foster community connection and celebrate artistic expression. BDG Architects provided architectural design services for Phase I, a ground-up development consisting of three buildings—two multi-tenant and one single-tenant—totaling 44,000 square feet and completed in early 2025 to serve the area’s growing residential population. The project blends clean modern architecture with artistic elements, including large-scale building murals and a central communal plaza that encourages gathering and pedestrian activity. Adjacent to the site, the “Heart” sculpture by internationally acclaimed artist JEFRË, commissioned by Mattamy Homes, serves as a focal point and inspiration for the development. Phase II was completed in August 2026, adding an additional 15,000-square-foot multi-tenant retail building.
