To support the consolidation of four locations into one, several test fits were conducted to aid in site selection, ultimately leading to the choice of a former industrial showroom. The project involved designing an energy-efficient solution that accommodated both the corporate offices and the factory/warehouse areas. Workflow and departmental adjacencies were key considerations in the layout, ensuring operational efficiency. Visitors were also thoughtfully integrated into the experience through a windowed interior walkway, offering views of the manufacturing process on the first floor.
