We are thrilled to announce the commencement of construction at Lake Bluetail, a 120-unit affordable garden-style apartment community located on Bloomingdale Ave in Hillsborough County. This project will feature four 3-story buildings with integrated amenities, offering comfortable and affordable living for families. Additionally, we are proud to be working on several other projects for Blue Sky Communities, including The Adderley, a 128-unit affordable housing development on North Nebraska Avenue in Tampa that is nearing completion.
