A former Century 21 department store in Westbury has been redeveloped into a 110,000 square foot industrial building and has secured its first major tenant. Soar N Bounce, an indoor trampoline and adventure park, has leased 55,000 square feet at 1085 Old Country Road to open its first Long Island location.
Developed by Sanders Equities, the award-winning redevelopment features modern upgrades such as 32-foot ceiling heights, 10 loading docks, and four drive-in doors. Company principal Jordan Sanders said the remaining 55,000 square feet is ideal for an industrial user, allowing flexibility to complete the building’s lease-up.
Offering trampolines, zip lines, basketball, rock climbing, arcade games, and party areas, the new adventure park will enhance the family entertainment options in one of Nassau County’s busiest retail corridors. The Westbury location is expected to open next year.
