Brent Parker, a seasoned architect with over 50 years of experience, has made significant contributions to the Southwest Florida landscape through his innovative designs and leadership in the design and development industries. As the former President of Parker Walter Group (PWG) Brent was instrumental in shaping the firm’s approach to complex building designs prior to its partnership with BDG in 2022. Brent’s expertise lies in utilizing advanced 3D modeling techniques to develop accurate preliminary designs for intricate building projects. His extensive experience and deep knowledge of the construction process have been invaluable in guiding the team through these sophisticated designs.

He has concentrated his work in the commercial and residential sectors completing commercial and retail facilities, retirement facilities, churches, banks, clubs, and hundreds of restaurants and some unique industrial projects. He has also led numerous multi-family projects, both workforce and luxury. Brent has also personally developed projects as his own client, expanding his understanding of the client’s needs. He enjoys other outside interests in technology, computers, investments and flying. He is a commercial pilot and uses his own aircraft in business travel throughout the eastern United States. He can also be seen frequently packing his bags in search of a new stamp in his passport from his international travels.
