Dave brings extensive and diverse experience to his position as Senior Project Manager, offering a distinctive perspective. His early career included roles in residential construction and design, where he served as a project manager for a custom home builder and owned his own construction company. Subsequently, he transitioned to the commercial sector, where he honed his skills through various positions, ranging from Project Manager to Director of Construction. As an early adopter and advocate of computer-aided design tools, and of 3D models for problem-solving in Architecture and Construction.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Dave is passionate about fitness and exercise, particularly cycling. He also has an interest in Brutalist architecture, engages in creative projects such as building scale models, and enjoys watching Kentucky basketball.
