Jeff Mendenhall has 40 years of experience in providing architectural, and development services, with primary expertise in designing manufacturing facilities (sterile environments), corporate office, multi-family residential. Jeff is a registered architect in both Florida and Minnesota. He is a member of the National Association of Home Builders and has earned his Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) designation. Jeff’s passion for fine wine is well known throughout the office and he is considered our in house expert!
