Lauren Henderson

Lauren is a Project Manager at BDG Architects with a background in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Wyoming. Originally from Colorado, she began her career in Atlanta as a field engineer with a design-build general contractor specializing in industrial cold storage before moving into project management at CBRE, where she gained experience in both industrial and office projects. After transferring to CBRE’s Tampa office, Lauren joined the BDG team to continue growing her project management expertise. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, hiking, and weightlifting, and she previously competed in natural bodybuilding, including at the INBF World Championships in Las Vegas. Lauren also loves spending time with her husband and their dog, Millie.
