Originally from Puerto Rico, Luis has experience working on high-end luxury multifamily high-rise and low-rise developments, as well as single-family residential projects through all phases of design, from schematic design through construction administration. His background also includes interior design packages, spatial planning, permitting processes, and commercial design and construction. Having completed his AXP hours, he is currently working toward architectural licensure and continues expanding his technical and project experience. Outside of work, Luis enjoys soccer, photography, video games, collecting sports cards and memorabilia, and cooking while watching cooking competition shows.
