Rob is a Senior Project Manager with more than 35 years of experience delivering complex architectural projects across the retail, commercial, institutional, and residential sectors. His expertise spans all phases of project delivery, from programming and design through construction administration, with a strong focus on technical execution, constructability, and code compliance. He has a proven ability to manage large-scale rollout programs, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and translate conceptual designs into clear, buildable documentation while maintaining control of scope, schedule, and cost. Rob serves as the South Studio ADA Lead, manages the Regions Bank program, and supports retail business development efforts. Originally from Rochester, New York, he moved to Tampa in 1989. Outside of work, Rob enjoys traveling, cheering on his Buffalo Bills, spending quality time with his family, and especially supporting his daughter as she competes in travel soccer.
