Thomas brings more than 30 years of experience managing commercial, financial, and industrial land development projects. Originally from Southern California, he relocated to Florida in 2025 to be closer to family. As Senior Development Services Manager at BDG Architects, Thomas leads a team supporting the firm’s JPMorgan Chase new-build program, helping deliver projects efficiently from planning through completion. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, RV camping, and spending time with his family and grandchildren.
