Tampa Bay's biggest commercial real estate deals and dealmakers of 2014 were honored Wednesday by NAIOP Tampa Bay.Chuck Davis, managing director of Southeast region for MetLife Real Estate Investments, was inducted into the NAIOP Hall of Fame. Tampa Bay's biggest commercial real estate deals and dealmakers of 2014 were honored Wednesday by NAIOP Tampa Bay.

Chuck Davis, managing director of Southeast region for MetLife Real Estate Investments, was inducted into the NAIOP Hall of Fame. Larry Feldman, CEO of Feldman Equities, was honored as Entrepreneur of the Year for his work buying, renovating and selling office buildings in Tampa and St. Petersburg.

Here are the other winners:

Best deal of the year (sale): The $128 million sale of Tampa City Center, Mike Davis, Rick Brugge, David Meline and Michael Lerner of Cushman & Wakefield of Florida Inc.

Best deal of the year (lease): The 176,500-square-foot lease for a build-to-suit development for Laser Spine Institute, Highwoods Properties

Best brokerage firm: Eshenbaugh Land Co.

Best broker or broker team: Brian Rettig and Gary Bauler, CBRE Group Inc.

President's award: Stevens Tombrink, vice president of development, Sembler Co.

Best special-use project: Florida Polytechnic University

Best mixed-use project: Post SoHo Square, 231 apartments and 10,556 square feet of retail

Best adaptive reuse project: The redevelopment of an office tower into Aloft Downtown Tampa

Best developer: Ryan Companies US Inc.

Best landlord: MetLife

Best contractor: The Beck Group

Best attorney: Richard D. "Rick" Eckhard, Holland & Knight LLP

Best engineering firm: Florida Design Consultants

Best architectural firm: BDG Architects
