myMatrixx used BDG Architects and CDS to assist in creating the new space, according to Chad Dixon, director of marketing.
"Our new space has allowed us to reinvigorate our employees which has translated to them paying it forward in the way they care for our clients," Dixon said.
Investing in collaboration rooms, innovative workspaces and training facilities has results in an increase in production and overall happiness of employees.
