Sparkman Wharf Grand Opening

This Friday marks the Grand Opening of Sparkman Wharf, a brand-new waterfront gathering space in Tampa, Florida. BDG Architects worked with Strategic Property Partners to realize their vision of revitalizing the former Channelside Bay Plaza to create an open park space with fantastic western water views. BDG designed the Fermented Reality Biergarten pavilion which will feature 30 rotating taps highlighting Tampa Bay's craft-beer culture. Our team also coordinated the design efforts for the food containers featuring some of the top chefs in Tampa, the activity spaces, a stage and the LED video screen for community events including Tampa Bay Lightning watch parties.
