Design Activism: An Agenda for Advocacy

Our Design Studio team in Birmingham attended an IIDA code event on Tuesday. The topic was Design Activism and Walking the Progressive Path. One of the hottest topics in sustainability today is material health. The CEU covered the most well known tools, including Cradle to Cradle certification, HPDs and Declare labels to determine the health of materials. Kalynn, Tabitha and Amy were able to get a great photo with Cheryl Durst, IIDA CEO from Chicago who was the Keynote speaker.
