Thanks to everyone that attended last night’s ICSC Local Program “Urban Retailing in Downtown St. Pete and Beyond,” especially moderator Jonny La Budde (KW Commercial) and panelists J.P. DuBuque (St. Petersburg Area Economic Development Corporation), Justin Lustig (Tricera Capital), Jay Miller (J Square Developers), and Stephen Schrutt (Hunger + Thirst Group). The BDG Architects team enjoyed connecting with the local community and learning more about the success and challenges of downtown retail development.
