Ibis Walk Apartments Phase II
BDG Architects is working with TGM Associates on Phase II of the Ibis Walk Apartments in the Gateway neighborhood of St. Petersburg, Florida. This 6-story, 127-unit building on a 2-story parking garage pedestal will expand the apartment community to a total of 528 units. The addition overlooks a new outdoor amenity deck with pool at the center.
