BDG Architects is thrilled to share that we will be working with Clearnote Capital on this new mixed-use redevelopment project in Downtown Plant City. The new 5-story building consists of 9,000 SF of commercial retail on the ground floor, 123 residential units above it, 5,000 SF of amenities, an on-site parking facility and a rooftop element. Designing this building to compliment the historic architecture of the downtown built environment will be a top priority. We look forward to helping bring the vision of building residences and commercial space while contributing to community growth for Plant City.
