The Boulevard at West River Grand Opening

The Grand Opening celebration of 3 of the 4 towers at The Boulevard at West River took place on Wednesday, Sept. 29th. The mixed-use buildings will offer both affordable housing and market-rate apartments with a total of 371 units located on the west side of the Hillsborough River across from downtown Tampa. Well done to Mark Chmielewski, Brian Hammond, Jeff Yeasting, and the entire project team!
