Middle School Mentorship

This morning our Charlotte office hosted a group of middle school students from Trinity Episcopal School who are learning about puzzles as part of their curriculum. We walked them through our design process, communication methods, and consultant coordination since so much of our day-to-day work as architects involves problem solving and collaboration.
