36th Annual Affordable Housing Conference

Brian Hammond, AIA, LEED AP, WELL AP Director of Architecture for The Design Studio was a panelist for the FHC – 36th Annual Affordable Housing Conference. Our affordable housing expert, Brian, shared his experience with affordable housing projects. Brian has been involved in a wide range of project types during his 40+ year professional career as a Design Architect in the Tampa region. His project experiences include extensive involvement with multi-family developments, with emphasis on affordable housing in a variety of construction and building types. He also is an expert on sustainable design and the cost effective and efficient implementation of those principles into projects. Over the years he has designed dozens of affordable housing projects of various types and has a vast knowledge of the latest construction materials and techniques.
