Three building renovations for Keiser University’s Tampa, Largo and New Port Richey campuses. The projects were sequenced to allow minimal down time for the students and faculty. The program included classrooms, lab spaces, student areas, an auditorium, a library and administration offices. The scope included new electrical and HVAC systems at the Largo facility. The Tampa facility has 24,000 SF and construction costs were $414,000, New Port Richey has 9,000 SF and construction costs were $397,000 and Largo has 49,000 SF and construction costs were $2,300,000.
