This project consists of the redevelopment of the existing Regency Square Shopping Center in Brandon, Florida including renovations to all facades/canopies in the primary section of this power center, including Junior Anchors T.J.Maxx, Staples, Ulta, Ross, Old Navy, and Michaels. The renovation also includes updates to the AMC Movie Theater and associated Courtyard Shops, a brand new pedestrian plaza, and a new internal “Main Street” to connect, activate, and re-brand as a destination shopping and entertainment experience.
