Castor picks Related Group to redevelop Tampa's Rome Yard

We are pleased to share that the City of Tampa has awarded the Rome Yard Mixed-Use Development Project to the Related Urban Development Group and Tampa Housing Authority team. The development group, which has been endorsed by the West Tampa Community Development Corporation, plans on adding 954 residential units, a job training center, a West Tampa Cultural Center & Art Pavilion, greenspaces and more as part of the revitalization of the West Tampa Neighborhood. The art and design will honor and showcase the history of the area as well as compliment their Boulevard at West River Project nearby.
