BDG Architects is currently in the design phase on several clubhouses at Sun Communities properties around the country including in Florida, Georgia, Maryland and Connecticut. Our projects with them consist of 1,500 SF – 6,500 SF amenity buildings, renovations and ground up. These renderings show our design for a new 6,500 SF clubhouse amenity building for a luxury recreation vehicle (RV) park near the Gulf Shores of Alabama. The clubhouse includes a general store, a bar area and kitchen, an arcade and restrooms.
