This new 9,703 SF two-story branch in downtown Tuscaloosa that blends convenient, new technology with personalized service includes a retail branch on the ground floor and a Regions office suite on the 2nd floor. The 2nd floor of this modernized location contains a large conference room equipped with audio/visual technology for multi-purpose use, huddle rooms, as well as collaboration areas. A better customer experience is at the heart of BDG’s branch design. Customers no longer have to wait behind a traditional teller line to be called up for service. Now customers are greeted personally upon arrival by a banker who can assist with virtually all branch-banking needs. This new role of “teller to seller” eliminates the customer being transferred to various bankers for each specialized service.
