This custom Chase Branch is located in the Town Center District of Sanibel Island. The site presented many challenges including being 4 feet below the flood plain and having dense vegetation, which needed to be preserved. The building had to comply with the local design standards described as “Sanibel Island Style.” The signage criteria required it to blend in, so a single wood ground sign was utilized. The solution includes a LEED equivalent building that incorporates the qualities of the Island style with details that make the Chase Bank stand out and identifiable. The cupola is illuminated with Chase’s logo blue color from inside the glazing. Providing a building that serves our clients and local needs is always a priority.
